Compromising is okay
A 'someone' is a person. This 'someone' also has a name. Do you ever stop and think, I mean really think what it means to another that you refer to them as a 'someone'? I personally, rather not address a person who is of significance to me as 'someone'. Society is filled with do's and don'ts's and that I too am guilty of getting caught up with it. Majority of the time it is not voluntarily, in fact a way that it is understood by others-unfortunately. As a woman in my mid 40's, I am learning to adjust my visions that I had of myself and my future to that to society. No longer is a woman considered suitable for traditional standards as those of our parents. Instead, she must learn to be a part of or blend in with the rest of the 'less-traditional' views of society. Does she want to lose her love? No. Does she want to sacrifice her life?
